Refreshingly Wild.

It’s poppy season, and this wild, tangerine color makes me crazy happy. This is my first year of success with poppies, and I can’t wait to share them with you all as more open up their papery petals.
Figuring out foam free mechanics for this hanging install on the stone fireplace. The before and after. Nothing a little chicken wire and fishing line can’t pretty up.

One last blast of winter it seems, over the next couple of days. Poppies tucked in tight, buckets overturned everywhere in the garden in an effort to save all the peonies, hellabore and every other little baby reaching for warmth. Seed trays inside,
Jewels of opar offer next level sparkle. They don’t look like a whole lot on their own or even growing in the garden, but they definately add a unique texture that is so feminine.
